Janell graduated from Phoenix School of Law 2009 and passed the Arizona Bar July 2009. Janell also has a Masters of Art in Sociology speculating in social psychology, workplace cultures and research methodologies. Prior to becoming an attorney she owned and operated a management consulting firm specializing in teambuilding, organizational development and strategic planning. Janell has litigation experience in workers' compensation and social security disability. Further, she particularly enjoys appellate work and has won two Court of Appeals cases.
