Fendon Law was researched and referred to me by my son who is an attorney in another state. Matt and his paralegal Evelyn did an outstanding job on my case. Both Matt and Evelyn were very pleasant and knowledgeable anytime we needed communication. Matt thoroughly studied my case and let me know how he thought the case would transpire.......accurately. I would strongly recommend Matt and Evelyn for your particular case. I cannot thank them enough for my case outcome.

After being refused additional medical care for an injury at work, I consulted with Matt Fendon for help.He immediately saw the problem and pursued action to correct it & got results! Living in Flagstaff it is difficult to find counsel with injuries in the work place. Matt is willing to travel and work in Northern Arizona, Without his help, I'm not sure I would have gotten the medical care I needed! His sincere desire to help the uninformed worker & get results is greatly appreciated! I would recommend anyone needing counsel to contact Matt & associates at Fendon Law! His integrity is exemplary! Thank you Matt for all you have done to fight for me & my case!
Matt is one of the best people you can have working for you. He is current of new information in his field of work, gets back with you in a timely manner. If your looking for an outstanding person to represent you, you have just found him. Very pleased and glad I made the right decision in having Matt represent me.
I needed someone who knows the workman's comp laws. My first consult convinced me that I had made a really good decision. Matt was the perfect combination of professional and personable. I was treated very well and came away with a feeling of relief that I had found someone that I knew would help me and even fight for me. I would like to thank my attorney, Matt Fendon and my paralegal, Jessica Ocampo, for putting up with me when I was not being very logical and for always being patient with my questions. I felt like someone had my back and I still feel that way.
I just want to thank the Fendon law family for all they have done to help me through a very challenging time in my life. I wanted a law firm that was knowledgeable, reliable and most of all, a law firm that had been around for a while. I found that the Fendon law family was all of that and 100 times more. Donna Fendon has been with me step-by-step through this whole ordeal, making sure that I got everything that I needed. Without Donna, I would have been chewed up and spit out because I had no idea what to do after I got hurt on the job. She made sure I was treated fairly. Donna has been very kind and compassionate but extremely tough and to the point when she needs to be. She communicates with me on a regular basis, no matter what time it is, keeping me up-to-date on everything that is going on, no matter how big or small. Thank you Donna for being so professional. I am a 100% satisfied client and would not want to change a thing.
I had a horrible industrial accident and almost lost both life and limb.
When my original adjuster quit working for Workman’s comp, I got assigned a new adjuster. She did everything possible to put one stumbling block after another in front of the care I desperately needed to get better. I was exhausted from my near-death ordeal, multiple surgeries and the constant battle with W/C. It was just too much for me.
I came to Matt after trying to go it alone. Once he got on board, my adjuster started to work on my case and approve doctors’ requests. When W/C tried to underpay me while claiming that I had been overpaid, Matt’s staff got them on the right track and I got my correct payment. He also stood by me whenever W/C tried to pull something funny and went with me to all my legal appointments. He knows some of the best, most caring doctors around. His staff tracks my medical appointments and makes sure that the doctors’ offices have all the information they need before I arrive. Matt has actively followed my recovery progress – even contacting doctors to make sure things are going well.
Matt and his staff genuinely care about his clients and want them to get better. He is very knowledgeable and has been able to steer me through this maze of paperwork and legal hoop jumping. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking at an uphill battle with W/C and all their dirty tricks.
I got hurt on the job after 25yrs of service my Company fired me after a workmen comp doctor pencil whipped me a clean bill of health even after I told them I was suffering from moderate to severe back, hip and leg pain. Matt talked to me on the phone several times telling me he would help me when I was ready. He took my case and got my case reopened. I prob have one of the worst workmen comp insurance known to all law firms. Matt and his team continue to fight for me tooth and nail to make the insurance accountable. I know most of Matt family by first name bases and have met all of the staff at one time or another. Matt told me in the very beginning he hates to lose cases and I know he puts in long hours and makes extreme sacrifices to do what is right for his clients. He is straight forward guy and he will tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. God Bless the Fendon Law Firm they are a great class of people you want on your side when times are tough.
Matt has worked with me to solve my difficult workers comp case and he did a very good job of staying on top of things. He was right there when the ins. carrier tried to get away with things and made sure that didn't happen.Matt is a very caring and supportive person who really cares about his clients.I would trust him with all my legal problems.
I have had 3 different work related injuries and I don't know what I would have done without Matt. There were so many doctor's involved and Matt explained what was happening at each step in the process, for example, what hearings were going on, if I did or did not have to attend, the end results, etc. I was always aware of what was going on in all of my cases.
I met Don in 2010 after having an injury on the job. He invited me down to the office where we sat for more than a hour. He advised me what to do at that time, telling me I could do this particular thing myself, that it would involve re-opening an old case with the Industrial Commission. Two years later, I was injured again. The injury resulted in 2 surgeries, unfortunately, healing isn't happening, which could result in permanent impairments. I feel fortunate that I met Don, his firm is impressive!
