Don Fendon's legal practice is limited to Worker's Compensation and Social Security Disability. He is a Certified Worker's Compensation Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of Arizona. He has handled worker's compensation claims since 1972, and has handled Social Security Disability income benefit claims since 1979. He has six years experience as house counsel for the Arizona State Compensation Fund. Mr. Fendon is a member of multiple Who's Who groups in the USA. Don Fendon was admitted to the Florida State Bar in 1969 and the Arizona State Bar in 1970. Mr. Fendon was admitted to the Arizona and the U.S. District Court for Arizona in 1970. He was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals (Ninth Circuit) in 1972, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1975. Mr. Fendon is a graduate of Samford University, Cumberland School of Law (1968). He attended the University of Missouri and the University of California at Berkeley (A.B., 1965) for his undergraduate studies. He is a member of the National Association of Social Security Advocates, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
