Since 2001, Attorney Matt Fendon has worked on workers' compensation and Social Security Disability cases. He gives back to his community supporting organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul. Through dedication and experience, he has earned membership to the State Bar of Arizona Workers' Compensation Section as well as the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers, the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group, and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He also enjoys giving back to the community and helping his peers by presenting seminars for the Arizona State Bar.
He is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law by the State Bar of Arizona. He started as a certified paralegal and graduated from law school in 2008. Joe Coughlin was an associate attorney at Fendon Law and presently is with Matt Fendon Law Group. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Coughlin worked in the financial industry.

Mr. Coughlin, originally from San Diego, California, moved to Arizona to attend Northern Arizona University where he received a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies. After an extended break from schooling, Mr. Coughlin started Arizona Summit Law School's night program, completing what is normally a 4-year program in 2 and ½ years. While in law school Mr. Coughlin interned with the national law firm, Jacoby & Meyers, on multi-state mass tort litigation. Additionally, he was a law clerk for the Arizona local firm Udall Shumway, assisting in the representation of school districts. Graduating in December 2015, Mr. Coughlin was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2016.

Keil Roeschke served as "Of Counsel" to Fendon Law Firm for Social Security Disability cases and now is with Matt Fendon Law Group.

Keil Roeschke focused his practice on representing and helping disabled clients obtain the benefits they deserve. His practice includes assisting individuals at all levels of the Social Security disability process, including the initial application, Administrative Law Judge hearings, and before the Appeals Council. In addition, Keil Roeschke also represents clients in Social Security appeals before the United States Federal Courts. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented thousands of claimants before the Social Security Administration. Simply put, Disability is his specialty.

Keil Roeschke was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of Michigan, along with multiple Federal District Courts. Furthermore, he is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Keil Roeschke holds degrees from New York Law School and Michigan State University.

His practice involves helping individuals pursue Social Security Disability benefits throughout the State of Arizona. Craig received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona. He then graduated from Arizona State University College of Law. As a highly-regarded speaker at legal conferences across the nation, Mr. Rosenstein has spoken on different jury trial strategies and a taught other attorneys jury trial tactics.
