Matt Fendon

Since 2001, Attorney Matt Fendon has worked on workers' compensation and Social Security Disability cases. He gives back to his community supporting organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul. Through dedication and experience, he has earned membership to the State Bar of Arizona Workers' Compensation Section as well as the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers, the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group, and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He also enjoys giving back to the community and helping his peers by presenting seminars for the Arizona State Bar.

He is a certified specialist in Workers' Compensation law by the State Bar of Arizona. He started as a certified paralegal and graduated from law school in 2008. He was licensed to practice in Arizona the same year. He has a 10.0 "Superb" rating with Avvo, he is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell.* Matt Fendon has even been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars list in 2014-2018. He is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) and the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar. Matt is also a member of the prestigious list of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40. He is a native Phoenician. In fact, the only time he lived outside of Arizona was for law school in Lansing, Michigan. He worked for Fendon Law Firm, P.C. from February 2001 through December 2017. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, lifting weights and playing golf. He also enjoys following professional and collegiate sports.

Joe Coughlin

Joe Coughlin

Senior Associate Attorney

Joe Coughlin was an associate attorney at Fendon Law and presently is with Matt Fendon Law Group. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Coughlin worked in the financial industry.

Mr. Coughlin, originally from San Diego, California, moved to Arizona to attend Northern Arizona University where he received a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies. After an extended break from schooling, Mr. Coughlin started Arizona Summit Law School's night program, completing what is normally a 4-year program in 2 ½ years. While in law school Mr. Coughlin interned with the national law firm, Jacoby & Meyers, on multistate mass tort litigation. Additionally, he was a law clerk for the Arizona local firm Udall Shumway, assisting in the representation of school districts. Graduating in December 2015, Mr. Coughlin was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2016.

Victoria Uebele

Associate Attorney

Victoria Uebele is an associate attorney at Matt Fendon Law Group. She attended Arizona Summit Law School, where she served as editor-in-chief of law review.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Victoria graduated from Penn State with degrees in criminology and sociology. Shortly after obtaining her undergraduate degrees, she moved to Arizona to attend law school. Upon graduating law school, Victoria worked as a law clerk in the realm of employment law for Lorona Mead, PLC, while studying for the bar examination. Victoria was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2018.

When she is not diligently working, you will likely find Victoria hiking throughout Arizona and the Southwest region. Victoria is determined to visit every National Park in the United States.

Craig Rosenstein

Craig received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona. He then graduated from Arizona State University College of Law. He is a well-respected trial attorney and has been lead counsel in nearly 100 jury trials taken to verdict. As a highly regarded speaker at legal conferences across the nation, Mr. Rosenstein has spoken on different jury trial strategies and has taught other attorneys jury trial tactics. He has also been a faculty member at some of the country's most respected trial colleges. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, as well as in the U.S. Federal District Court in Arizona He is also an active member of various professional organizations, including the NCDD, the AACJ (where he was elected president in 2017), the NACDL, and is a founding member of the DUIDLA. Craig is also a registered lobbyist in the State of Arizona and regularly testifies at the Arizona legislature regarding criminal justice issues.

Joshua is an employment law attorney who advocates for his clients in all matters of employment disputes. Joshua regularly represents clients in matters of workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, wage disputes, disability accommodation, sexual harassment and severance negotiations. Joshua represents clients in civil litigation in Arizona State Courts, the United States District Court, District of Arizona and in agency proceedings before the EEOC and the NLRB. Joshua is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Arizona — Employment Law Section. Joshua also speaks regularly on employment-related topics. When he is not at work advocating for his clients Joshua likes to travel the world. His goal is to travel to all seven continents (including Antarctica)!?
