Helping Arizonans File For Social Security Disability Since 2008

In the nation today, nearly 70 million individuals are receiving benefits through Social Security. While most beneficiaries of Social Security are retirees, individuals disabled before retirement can also claim benefits. If you suffered a serious injury or illness that prevents you from working, you have a right to pursue Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits.

Whether you are applying for benefits or appealing a denial, Matt Fendon Law Group is prepared to help you. Our skilled team of lawyers will answer your questions and personally handle every aspect of your case in Phoenix, Prescott Valley, Tucson, Flagstaff and across Arizona. We seek to alleviate the legal burdens of the Social Security process so that you can focus your energy on your recovery.

We are proud to serve as our clients' legal rock. Our attorneys will do whatever is necessary to help you obtain the disability benefits entitled to you. Schedule a free consultation to discuss your Social Security case at 800-229-3880.

Who Is Eligible For Social Security Disability?

To qualify for SSD, most individuals require 40 work credits, 20 of which workers must have earned within the last 10 years. If you qualify, you may be entitled to monetary benefits for yourself and your family. Monthly benefits of up to half of your disability amount can be paid to your spouse or unmarried children.

In some situations, ex-spouses may qualify for benefits if they meet the set requirements. In addition to disability benefits, survivor benefits may be available for surviving spouses and children.

Our attorneys will help you to understand what SSD benefits you may be able to receive. If you recently received a denial from the Social Security Administration, we have extensive experience helping our clients mount successful appeals.
