Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation is on a mission to beat childhood cancer and our firm is proud to be able to partner alongside them. On June 26, we will be hosting a fundraiser to raise donations for this charity and invite you to join us!
Our lemonade stand will be set up at Cityscape in Downtown Phoenix from 12PM to 4:30PM. Childhood cancer is significantly underfunded and we believe this is a tangible way that we can make a difference in the lives of hurting children around the world.
What is Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation?
This national organization originated with rather humble beginnings, when a four year old cancer patient decided to hold a lemonade stand in her backyard and donate all proceeds to beating childhood cancer. In just one day, Alex raised $2,000.
Alex passed away in 2004, but her legacy lives on through this outstanding charity. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) has since raised more than $100 million and every dollar has in some way furthered the fight against childhood cancer.
We welcome any and all contributions to our own lemonade stand, knowing that no amount is too small to make a difference. When you donate, your money will be used in any of the following ways:
- Fund childhood cancer research
- Assist families who must travel for their children to receive treatment
- Grow the resources available to help those affected by childhood cancer
