Meeting Your Arizona Social Security Disability Attorney

Published April 29, 2015 by Matt Fendon Law Group | Firm News

It is important when taking on a Social Security Disability case to meet with the client. There are many Social Security law firms in Arizona where the client does not meet the attorney until the date of the hearing.

At Fendon law firm, we do not subscribe to that trend. We believe this is a dis-service to the client, and it is not how we do business. We treat our clients like family.

Our Social Security attorney meets with the potential client on the date the client hires the firm. We enjoy spending time with our clients and getting to know them and their medical conditions. In the initial meeting, we have the client fill out a questionnaire which helps our attorney to understand all of the medical conditions that are affecting the disabled individual’s ability to work. We discuss topics from education to work history to sleeping habits. We find this is very helpful in obtaining a favorable Social Security Disability decision in Arizona.

After the initial meeting, we stay in close contact with our clients to make sure all of their questions are answered. You are treated like family at Fendon Law Firm, not like a number.

Please feel free to contact our office for a free consultation. We have offices in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, and Prescott.
