Employment law tip – Folks, wrongful termination is a difficult case to make in Arizona due to the fact that it’s an “at-will” state. This means you can be terminated for any reason at anytime, unless there is a contract of employment or unless you are fired for a reason that violates the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or another Federal Law. Fendon Law Firm is now handling employment law cases, but we do charge a fee for the initial consultation. This is not the case with worker’s comp and SS Disability cases. We still offer free consultations for those cases.
